Subject: Internet sign in
Our library requires patrons to sign in using their library card number which allows them to maintain their privacy with other patrons, yet we know who they are.
We require all patrons to sign an Internet agreement the first time they use the Internet. All patrons using the Internet must have a library card from ANY library, which is recorded on their agreement as well.
We only keep the sign in records for one month in order to record statistics. What benefit would there be to keeping them longer?
